WTS Wins DPICS Software Modernization Contract
HS Pattern and Information Collaboration Sharing System Software O&M Support Services Call under BPA for the ICE OCIO Systems Development Division. WTS to perform services and support for the continued Software O&M of DPICS2. All DHS law enforcement information sharing is processed through the DPICS2 system which leverage sophisticated identity resolution tools that assist in identify suspicious individuals and discovering possible non-obvious relationships among individuals and organizations. This tool captures data from various DHS production systems and identifies relationships between approximately 800 million records.
WTS Wins ACES Software O&M Contract
ACES Software O&M Support Services Call under BPA for the ICE OCIO Systems Development Division. WTS to perform services and support for the continued Software O&M of the Alien Criminal History Entry System. ACES User Interface serves EABM (Enforce Alien Booking) and EARM (Enforce Alien Removal) Modules which are integral parts of Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) at ICE. ACES-Web Service provides improved access to Enforcement Integrated Database (EID) and the handling of criminal history from the Automated Threat Prioritization (ATP) Service.
WTS Delivers new version of ICEIS Service
Version 1.2 comprised the implementation of an SQL filter to screen out non-immigrants (such as immigration lawyers) that included testing and verification. We met with stakeholders from ICE, who identified the requirements of the system.
WTS Extended Option Year for Web Services
WTS continues to provide a way for DHS agencies to obtain the information that they need. This extension involved two legacy systems, ICEIS and SEVIS. The first Web service design was called ICEIS – ICE’s main database that stores information from ICE’s three main processes – booking, detention, and removals. ICEIS database holds approximately forty data elements on any individual that is profiled, including mug shots. ICEIS enables person-centric searches on anything such as names, date of birth, and other unique identifiers.
WTS Delivers new version of EAGLE
The project delivered the initial version of a Java-based client-server application capable of alien administrative and criminal processing, including biometric search and enrollment capabilities against both the IDENT and IAFIS system. Alien processing includes the collection of key biographic and arrest data as well as the generation and printing of key immigration legal documents.
