HS Pattern and Information Collaboration Sharing System Software O&M Support Services Call under BPA for the ICE OCIO Systems Development Division. WTS to perform services and support for the continued Software O&M of DPICS2. All DHS law enforcement information sharing is processed through the DPICS2 system which leverage sophisticated identity resolution tools that assist in identify suspicious individuals and discovering possible non-obvious relationships among individuals and organizations. This tool captures data from various DHS production systems and identifies relationships between approximately 800 million records.
