WTS Wins ERS Modernization Contract

WTS will support the Enforcement and Removals Office portfolio of system. This includes enhancement and maintenance of EARM, eBonds, eTD, ODLS, PDFServer and FCMS. Collectively, the modernization of these systems is part of a comprehensive strategy to address the information technology (IT) improvements needed to support the Secure Border Initiative (SBI). To achieve these requirements, ERO is improving the technology associated with reducing the number of man-days in detention by upgrading the case management process and improving the speed and accuracy of reporting operational metrics.
