WTS will provide USCIS full life-cycle development services for the FIPS application. FIPS is a web-based application that supports on-line processing for large volumes of FOIA/PA requests.
WTS will provide GSA specialized IT services and software licensing for enterprise data and information management. The IT services from this BPA, will support, maintain, improve, optimize, and modernize GSA’s existing data warehousing, data management, and information management systems. The BPA’s IT services will also develop new software for enterprise data and information management systems. In addition, GSA will utilize these IT services to support its client agencies in order to advance data analytics for making business decisions.
WTS will provide USCIS with a Flexible Agile Development capability to accomplish IT development projects across the agency. The FADS environment will allow USCIS to benefit from agile development teams who participate in IT development projects using Scrum and other Agile and Lean processes. WTS will be part of an ecosystem, participating with federal employees and other contractors in a team-based Scaled Agile approach to deliver mission value frequently, cost-effectively, responsively, and with high quality.
WTS will support the Criminal Alien Identification Initiatives (CAII) portfolio of systems concentrating specifically on ATP and ACES. ATP is a rules-based web service that determines criminal offense levels based upon a subject’s criminal history relative to a list of prioritized crimes managed by ICE. ACES is a set of data capture functions that allow a user to enter data and receive criminal offense level information on a subject or person during encounter and booking.
WTS will support the Enforcement and Removals Office portfolio of system. This includes enhancement and maintenance of EARM, eBonds, eTD, ODLS, PDFServer and FCMS. Collectively, the modernization of these systems is part of a comprehensive strategy to address the information technology (IT) improvements needed to support the Secure Border Initiative (SBI). To achieve these requirements, ERO is improving the technology associated with reducing the number of man-days in detention by upgrading the case management process and improving the speed and accuracy of reporting operational metrics.
